Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our Outpatient day programs provide the highest level of care outside of a residential program. In a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), patients attend treatment 5 days per week for 5 hours each day. During this time, patients participate in individual therapy, group counseling, addiction education, and other activities. After treatment, the patients return to their families or a sober living home.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

An Intensive Outpatient Program is a good option for people who want to get treatment for their drug or alcohol addiction, but who are unable to take a leave of absence from their work or school schedule. Patients in our Outpatient Rehab program between 3 and 5 days a week for individual counseling, group therapy, addiction education, and 12-step recovery groups.

Continuing Care

Our continuing care program keeps our alumni connected to the program by offering ongoing support and resources to help maintain their sobriety. Community is a critical aspect of recovery, so our continuing care program helps newly sober clients cope with the trials and triggers of reintegrating into the world.

We believe that a life free from drug and alcohol addiction should be enjoyable.  So we show our patients how to have fun in sobriety.  Some of our sober activities include Surfing, Jiu-Jitsu, Cooking, Photography, and Boxing.  Having new experiences and learning to navigate life without their drug of choice helps our clients rebuild their self-esteem and gain confidence in themselves.

Fitness Classes

A supportive recovery community is the backbone of sobriety.  At Lift Off Recovery, we know that strong relationships make the difference between long-term recovery and relapse.  That’s why we take clients under our wing and show them how to live a fulfilling, sober life.

IOP in Anaheim

Unlike traditional, one-size-fits-all treatment programs, our addiction treatment center focuses on relationships. We work to build relationships with our clients so that we can better understand their relationship to substances that they have become addicted to. This allows us to understand each client’s individual needs so that we can help them build a new life in recovery.
